O Projeto F6502e visa criar uma biblioteca para emulacao do microprocessador 6502 da Mostek (MOS Technologies), usado em vários computadores pessoais e video-games. Alguns exemplos de video-games: o Atari 2600 e o Nintendo 8 bits (NES, ou Nintendinho). Entre os computadores pessoais, o Apple original e o Commodore 64 são apenas dois exemplos. A biblioteca F6502e será 100% escrita em ANSI C, sendo assim compatível com qualquer sistema que possua um compilador C (ao menos em principio :)).

Desculpem-nos a bagunça, o projeto foi criado há poucos dias (exatamente no dia 29/03/2001) e tudo ainda está sendo organizado. Brevemente esta página será atualizada.

The F6502e project aims to create a library for emulation of the 6502 microprocessor from Mostek (MOS Technologies), used in many older computers and video-games. Two famous examples of video-games based on 6502 are the Atari 2600 and the NES/Famicom; two well-known computers are the original Apple and Commodore 64. The library will be written in ANSI C, so it will be compatible with any system that can compile ANSI C (at least in theory :)).

Pardon our dust, but the project was initiated a few days ago (03/29/2001) and many things need to be organized yet, including this site. A better version of it will be here very soon.
